- Generate leads for our Dynamics 365 and software development services in the US and European markets
- Reach out to prospective clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns and other channels
- Qualify incoming enquiries and conduct initial discussions with clients
- Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and RFQ responses
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in the CRM

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services
- Strong written and spoken English, as most communication is with international clients

- Plan and create content for the website, blogs, case studies and social media

- Manage and update the company website (WordPress / Elementor) and handle on-page SEO

- Track campaign performance and report on what is working

Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer

- Develop extensions and customizations in AL using Visual Studio Code
- Build integrations using Business Central APIs, OData and web services
- Create and modify reports and document layouts as per client requirement
- Work on NAV to Business Central upgrade and migration projects, including conversion of C/AL code to AL
- Participate in client discussions to understand requirements and deliver tested, working code
▸ Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
- Strong AL development skills and good understanding of the extension model
- Working knowledge of Business Central tables, posting routines and standard modules
- Familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps for source control
- Preferred: AppSource app publishing experience, knowledge of manufacturing or warehouse modules, Microsoft certification in Business Central.
