2.Field called Service Blockedtoggle on the Item CardItem Variants, and Item Variant Card

3.Block a service item

To block the service item on the service item card page there are 2 options:

1. Service contract: To block the item in service contract and service contracts quotes but not in the other service documents like service orders.

2. All: This option will block items being used in all the service transactions which includes service orders, service contracts and other service documents
